April was the main technician for KITT the second year that the
Foundation was in operation. She served as Bonnie's 
replacement while Bonnie was away working on a special
project. The nature of the project was classified.
She accompanied Devon in the semi on missions and 
would chastise Michael about KITT's care almost as much
as Bonnie did.
